Annual Report for Guardianship of an Incapacitated Adult

A person appointed as the Guardian over an incapacitated adult, otherwise known as the Ward, is required to file an annual report on his or her well being. You are responsible for knowing rules about guardianship over the Ward.

This interview will ask questions about the Ward under your care and automatically create the required Annual Report, stated under Texas Estates Code §1163.101.
